MONIQUE CUMIN, FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Certified coach since 2012 (PCC level of ICF), more than 3000 hours of coaching practice with major international companies.

Her clients praise her positive energy, her ability to embrace complex challenges, her pragmatic and results centered approach.

Prior to becoming a coach, Monique worked for more than 20 years as a senior marketing executive in the consumer goods industry (Henkel, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser). Monique has been a member of management committees for 10 years in 4 different countries in Europe and Asia. She has developed expertise in the management of large international teams, the definition of growth and innovation strategies and the P&L management.

SERGE ELBAZ –  LEADERSHIP COACH – PARTNER

Since 2011, Serge supports the development of executives and their teams in environments where change and innovation are critical. His style empowers people to step back and find their own creative solutions.
Serge’s specialty is to support leaders on both strategic and operational issues : organization’s transformation, leadership development, innovation management and collective intelligence.
Prior to becoming a coach, Serge had a 20-year experience as a team leader and member of Management Committees at Danone and Nestlé, in marketing and sales roles. He has developed expertise in brand strategies, in coordination of large-scale European projects and in the management of large international teams.

Gaël has a solid experience in team management and in marketing strategy, which she has acquired during her 17 years at Danone, in France and in Asia. She has experienced several mergers and reorganisations and led many challenging projects, both at local and international levels.
